TW-Parts.com 28mm Flat Slide Carb Kit for TW125 DE01 - without Homologation

Complete carburetor kit for the Yamaha TW125 DE01 (1999-2001).

This kit is particularly suitable for engine conversions starting from 165 cc.

The flat slide carburetor has a better response than the round slide carburetor, as the flat design of the throttle slide results in less turbulence and it results in better atomization of the gasoline.

The kit for the conversion contains the following parts:
- Mikuni VM28-418 flat slide carburettor
- 4 additional main jets
- 40 degree angle for the throttle cable
- approx. 25 cm fuel hose
- 2 hose clamps for the fuel hose
- 2 hose clamps for intake manifold and air filter box hose
- intake manifold including O-ring to the carburettor
- connection hose to the air filter box

Note for the setup:
The carburettor is delivered with a basic setup that matches the displacement.
Every engine/vehicle reacts slightly differently to the new carburettor (depending on mileage, intake system, exhaust system). Therefore, fine tuning may need to be carried out.
