TW-Parts.com 26mm Round Slide Carb Kit for TW125 DE05 - without Homologation

Complete carburetor kit for the Yamaha TW125 DE05 (2002-2004).

This model comes from the factory with a 28 mm CV carburettor (slightly sluggish response). It is worth converting to the 26 mm Mikuni carburettor, as the engine reacts more spontaneously to throttle movements.

The kit for the conversion contains the following parts:
- Mikuni VM26-665 round slide carburettor
- 4 additional main jets
- 40 degree angle for the throttle cable
- approx. 25 cm fuel hose
- 2 hose clamps for the fuel hose
- 2 hose clamps for intake manifold and air filter box hose
- throttle control incl. grips
- throttle cable

Note for the setup:
The carburettor is delivered with a basic setup that matches the displacement.
Every engine/vehicle reacts slightly differently to the new carburettor (depending on mileage, intake system, exhaust system). Therefore, fine tuning may need to be carried out.
