The JT Sprockets production facility is now the largest and most modern production facility for sprockets and sprockets in the world, equipped, among other things, with the latest generation of CNC manufacturing machines.
JT Sprockets produces the full range of aftermarket and original equipment sprockets and sprockets.

Each pinion and sprocket goes through 25 production stages and is subjected to more than ten individual quality tests in order to leave production successfully.

JT Sprockets manufactures the right way: by turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to achieve the highest quality with the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile.
After the subsequent heat treatment, each item is checked by hand - this is how JT Sprockets sets new quality standards in the motorcycle industry.
